Gas Furnace Incentives:
  • $100 Gift Card (choose one of 3 cards: Fred Meyer, Safeway or Sears) New gas (conversion) customers who purchase and install a high efficiency natural gas furnace.

    $50 Gift Card (choose one of 3 cards: Fred Meyer, Safeway or Sears) Existing gas customers who upgrade to a high efficiency natural gas furnace.

  • $350 tax credit from OR Dept of Energy

    A furnace qualifies for a tax credit of $350 if it meets the following minimum requirements:

    • Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) is 90 percent or higher
    • Use ducted outdoor air for combustion (garage is considered outdoors) (Models that can be installed as a "one- pipe" or "two-pipe" system must submit proof of two-pipe (ducted outside air) installation.)
    • The air handler for the unit must have an electronically commutated, permanent magnet variable speed DC (ECPM) motor or have an EUI of less than 0.02.
  • $150 federal tax credit on a minimum 95% AFUE gas furnace
  • $ 50 federal tax credit on a variable speed motor
Air Conditioning Incentives:
  • $300 Federal EPA Tax Credit on 15 SEER/12.5 EER air conditioner
  • $160 Oregon Residential Energy Tax credit on 13 EER air conditioner
Heat Pump Incentives:
  • $200 cash rebate when a heat pump is installed with a electric furnance
Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater: Up to $840 in Incentives
  • $300 Federal EPA Tax Credit on minimum energy factor 0.80 or higher (WA and OR residents)
  • $340 Oregon Residential Energy Tax Credit on minimum energy factor 0.80 or higher (OR residents only)
  • $200 Rebate from Energy Trust of Oregon minimum energy factor 0.80 or higher (OR residents only)
