For New Conversion  With Natural Gas Furnaces, Get Up To $900 back!   Sales must be closed between Jan. 1 and Mar. 31, 2011.

• Up to $350 OR Dept of Energy tax credit on 94% + AFUE gas furnace with electrically-efficient (AHRI e-rated) ECM or up to $225 on 92%+AFUE boiler*
• $150 Federal energy tax credit**on 95%+AFUE natural gas furnace or 95%+AFUE boiler
  
• $50 Federal Energy Tax Credit on a qualifying advanced main air circulating fan (ECM).
• $350 gas credit or $350 pre-paid gas service installation fee***for 94%+AFUE gas furnace or boiler; funded by Participating Partner
  

For Existing NWN Customers With Furnace Upgrades, Up To $650 Back

• Up to $350 OR Dept of Energy tax credit on 94% + AFUE gas furnace with electrically-efficient (AHRI e-rated) ECM or up to $225 on 92%+AFUE boiler
• $150 Federal energy tax credit***on 95%+AFUE natural gas furnace or 95%+AFUE boiler
• $50 Federal Energy Tax Credit on a qualifying advanced main air circulating fan (ECM).
• $100 gas credit for 94% + AFUE gas furnace or boiler; funded by Participating Partner contractor

* Tax payer must deduct any federal tax credits from the eligible cost when calculating allowable tax credit amounts with the state.

**The maximum a taxpayer may claim on 2011 taxes from all Fed home improvement energy tax credits combined in $500 which applies to all qualifying furnaces, water heaters, a/c and other energy efficiency mjeasures claimed between Jan 1, 2006 and Dec 31, 2011.  If customer took more than teh $500 maximum credit in 200 and 2010, then n o additional federal energy tax credits would be available.  Good on personal income taxes for installation in primary residences onlyu. ***NWN will pay participating Partner contractors $175 on conversion sales as a sales incentie based on submitted gas credit forms whether contractor paid a gas credit or pre-paid service installation fee.
